Three Bisnar Chase Personal Injury Attorneys Make 2014 Super Lawyers List
Bisnar Chase Founding Partner John Bisnar, Senior Partner Brian Chase and Attorney Scott Ritsema have all been named to the prestigious Super Lawyers list for the year 2014.
Our law firm’s attorneys have been a consistent presence on the list, which is a rating service of outstanding lawyers from more than 70 practice areas. According to the Super Lawyers web site, the lawyers included in this elite list must have “attained a high degree of peer recognition and personal achievement.” The selection process for the list includes independent research, peer nominations and peer evaluations.
 Selection and Evaluation Process
Super Lawyers selects attorneys using a patented multiphase selection process. Peer nominations and evaluations and combined with third-party research. Each candidate is assessed on 12 indicators of peer recognition and professional achievement. Selections are made annually on a state-by-state basis.
According to the Super Lawyers website, the objective of this list is “to create a credible, comprehensive and diverse listing of outstanding attorneys that can be used as a resource for attorneys and consumers.” The selection process involves three steps: creation of a candidate pool; evaluation of candidates by the research department; and peer evaluation by practice area.
 ‘An Honor and a Privilege’
Senior Partner Brian Chase who leads a team of exceptional attorneys including Scott Ritsema, says he is honored by the selection of three attorneys from Bisnar Chase by Super Lawyers.
“Super Lawyers gives consumers and other attorneys a comprehensive guide so they can find quality legal representation in their specific geographic areas,” he said. “It is indeed an honor for our law firm to have three lawyers named in this elite and prestigious list.”
John Bisnar said this selection is indicative of the amazing success the attorneys and the law firm has had in the past year. Bisnar Chase has secured millions of dollars in compensation for seriously and catastrophically injured victims of car accidents and defective products, he said.
“We owe this to our dedicated team that works hard and is committed to superior customer service and client experience,” he said. “Our staff has helped retain a committed and professional work environment.”
